In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase or you have simply changed your mind, just return your unworn jewellery and original packaging within 14 days of your original order for a full refund.
Please note, returned items should be shipped using a tracked, insured and signed shipping service ensuring products and packaging are protected. We are unfortunately unable refund original shipping costs, duties or taxes, or honour expired promotions. Any free gifts received as part of the original order will need to be returned unworn.
At Ivy & J we are so confident in our products, that every piece of jewellery we sell is covered by our lifetime guarantee, so in the unlikely event your jewellery should suffer from any discolouration or breakage due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it no cost to yourself.
Please note, our warranty does not cover stolen or lost items, or items that have have been damaged or suffered breakage from everyday wear and tear (such as scratches or damaged due to force). Free return shipping is available for any faulty items returned within 90 days of their original order date.
